- SVPAL collects personal information only at the time an account is opened. This information is limited to: name, address, telephone numbers and email address. An initial date, and renewal dates are also collected. These items are required for identification and billing purposes.

- SVPAL email addresses are not are not shared with any outside organizations or individuals.
- The information, however, may be made available to law-enforcement or other agencies which lawfully make demands for the information.
- The collected information is maintained in a secure location. Only a limited number of SVPAL personnel with a bona-fide “need to know” may access the information.
