Privacy Policy

• SVPAL is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of our users.
• SVPAL collects personal information only at the time an account is opened. This information is limited to: name, address, telephone numbers and email address. An initial date, and renewal dates are also collected. These items are required for identification and billing purposes.
• The collected personal information is not shared with any outside organizations or individuals.
• SVPAL email addresses are not are not shared with any outside organizations or individuals.
• The information, however, may be made available to law-enforcement or other agencies which lawfully make demands for the information.
• The collected information is maintained in a secure location. Only a limited number of SVPAL personnel with a bona-fide “need to know” may access the information.
• SVPAL may periodically survey users on a voluntary basis, to determine services used and/or desired, and general demographic information. The survey results are aggregated in-house and used to justify services provided by SVPAL partners. No personal information is divulged during this process.
• Information which users place into their .plan and/or .project files is publicly accessible. Caution is advised.

While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party hackers from illegally obtaining this information.
